叉車幹式空氣濾清器保養及維護

空氣濾清器的各零部件的安裝應做到位置正確，不能顛倒。空氣濾清器的外殼一旦破裂，要及時更換。如果濾芯兩端的密封圈出現脫膠現象，應予以更換。
The installation of each part of the air cleaner should be in the right position and cannot be reversed. Once the shell of the air cleaner is broken, it must be replaced in time. If the sealing ring of both ends of the filter element is degumming, it should be replaced.
濾紙是一種充滿合成樹脂的極細的纖維材料，所以千萬不能將其放在水或油中清洗，並嚴禁與水、火或油接觸。清除紙濾芯上的灰塵時，應用幹淨的布或橡皮塞堵住濾芯兩端，用軟毛刷沿折縫方向刷去濾芯表麵塵土，並輕輕敲擊端麵使塵土脫落。也可用壓縮空氣或打氣筒(氣壓不得超過0.2～0.29MPa，以防損壞濾紙)由濾芯內向外吹氣，以吹去粘附在濾芯外表麵上的灰塵。清除紙濾芯上的灰塵後，將濾芯對著光線觀察是否有破損，如果有破損應立即更換。
Filter paper is a very fine fiber material filled with synthetic resin, so it must not be cleaned in water or oil, and it is strictly prohibited from contacting with water, fire or oil. When cleaning the dust on the paper filter core, use a clean cloth or rubber plug to plug the ends of the filter core, brush the dust on the surface of the filter core with a soft hair brush along the seam direction, and gently tap the end to make the dust fall off. Also can be used compressed air or air punch (air pressure must not exceed 0.2 to 0.29MPa, to prevent damage filter paper) from the filter core out of the air to blow off the dust on the outer surface of the filter core. After removing the dust on the filter core, inspect the filter element against the light to see if there is any breakage. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.
空氣濾清器總成與進氣管的連接處或者進氣係統中其他的連接處，都必須連接牢固和緊密，不得漏氣，嚴禁發生進氣“短路”。
The connection between the air filter assembly and the intake pipe or the other connections in the intake system must be connected firmly and tightly, not to leak, and the intake "short circuit" is strictly prohibited.
一般工況下每半年或者1000h需要更換濾芯，紙質濾芯比較多維護2~3次就要更換。安裝了二級空氣濾清器的進氣係統，需要增加靠前級空氣濾清器的維護頻次，以防進氣背壓超出發動機限值，影響發動機的性能。
